▪Allocate funding based on affected registered vehicles in priority non-attainment regions

  • Severity of air pollution results in greater health risks
  • Non-attainment status continues to challenge economic

competitiveness

  • Reductions resulting from Settlement funds are urgently

  • Deploying funds based on location of violating vehicles is most

equitable way to mitigate adverse impact

  • Other areas are impacted by emissions transport and will see

improvements
