COCONET COLLABORATIONS UNAVCO Project Principal GPS Operations Manager’s Role: Investigators Karl Feaux The GPS Operations Managers leads the Dr. John Braun Operations Manager project management activities for the Dr. M. Meghan Miller project, including monitoring the project Dr. Guaquan Wang schedule, scope, risk, and budget. Dr. Michael Jackson Dr. Eric Calais COCONet Regional Engineer’s Barrett Friesen Roll: Leads the field activities and Principal COCONet Regional Engineer manages the logistics for the project. Investigator’s Roll: Assists with project management The PIs provide input and activities. recommendations for meeting the scientific objectives of the project. COCONet Field Engineer’s Roll: Korey Dausz Conducts reconnaissance, permitting, and Field Engineer station installation activities for the project.
