1) Discovery

AMC conducts in-depth interviews and discussions to determine the clients needs, values, strengths and weaknesses

2) Planning

AMC and the client then agree on a timeline, develop a sourcing strategy, while clearly communicating our plan for engagement, so all parties are on the same page and working towards a common goal

3) Research & Assessment

AMC uses its research and proprietary knowledgebase to identify candidates or firms that present an ideal fit. We conduct interviews and hold additional discussions as needed to gauge interest

4) Present & Place

We then present the candidate or client, securing interviews and offering coaching and guidance as needed. Once an informal agreement is reached, AMC steps in and helps negotiate the terms of the final agreement

5) Transition & Follow Up

Once the agreement is finalized, we assist the candidate/client in resigning from a current role and follow up at 30-, 60-, and 90-day intervals to ensure a smooth transition

Roger T. Denha

Founder & Principal Consultant Roger T. Denha is an experienced entrepreneur and financial advisor, having spent over 25 years building his advisory practice. At its peak, his book of business generated over $2 million a year in fees and commissions. He’s passionate about the industry and has dedicated his career to building connections and developing a broad network of advisors and advisory firms around the

  • country. Roger holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the

University of Detroit, and has completed post-MBA studies at The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He is married with three children.
