Diagnosis

Goal: At initial meeting, it was determined that AH required an electronic tracking system that could measure client outcomes.

  • We proceeded to research tracking system

capabilities and assess client technology capabilities for implementation purposes

Reality: We need to collect more information about the organization and have dialogue with key members to properly diagnosis How:
