Other Satisfied Customers
Overall, it has worked nicely. It’s definitely something that will help us in the long run, and I’m looking forward to year 2 next year as this year has been a little challenging getting
- ur parents, trainers, etc. all on board. In general, the customer service has been solid and
I have no complaints.

Challenges Solutions
Family ID is new to our district and a change from the traditional method of collecting sports paperwork. We anticipate some initial challenges getting everybody accustomed to and using the new process. The timing of the rollout (spring season) is ideal because of the decreased volume of paperwork. This allows us to provide better customer service and makes the transition easier for our families. A training and communication plan has been developed and is ready to implement.
