Open Enrollment
- 1. If you are interested in a program not offered at
your home school you must have completed the
- nline "Open Enrollment" application.
- 2. Open enrollment forms are available on the
DUSD homepage at www.dysart.org.
- 3. If you attend another HS other than your home
school, you will likely need to provide your
- wn transportation to and from
- school. Limited transportation may be available.
Applications for bus passes will be available after successful completion of enrollment.
