Open Enrollment

  • 1. If you are interested in a program not offered at

your home school you must have completed the

  • nline "Open Enrollment" application.
  • 2. Open enrollment forms are available on the

DUSD homepage at www.dysart.org.

  • 3. If you attend another HS other than your home

school, you will likely need to provide your

  • wn transportation to and from
  • school. Limited transportation may be available.

Applications for bus passes will be available after successful completion of enrollment.
