Table 2 – Financial Assessment of Alternative Solutions

ALTERNATIVE No. DESCRIPTION ESTIMATED PROJECT COST

1 Upgrade the Isthmus Bay Road to the Rural Road Standard $2,584,300 2 Upgrade the Isthmus Bay Rural Road to an Urban Standard with Curb and Gutter, Storm Sewers and Pedestrian and Bike Lane $5,103,400 3 Upgrade the Isthmus Bay Road to Reduce Flooding Problems and Resurface the Road $1,480,200 4 Upgrade the Isthmus Bay Road to Provide Improved Drainage, Pedestrian and Bike Lane and Wall Support Along the Road from Everett Side Road to Fox Drive $4,146,000

NOTE

This estimate is very preliminary. It was prepared without benefit of a legal survey, a topographic survey or a geotechnical survey. A legal survey of the Isthmus Bay road allowance will need to be carried out for alternatives 1 to 4. The Class Environmental Assessment Costs will need to be added to the project cost. 8
