Goal:

  • To create an extension of Veterans Memorial

Parkway that carries on the original intent of the parkway, to honour Canadian Veterans, as well as to provide native habitat where possible.

Objectives:

  • Create a wave of red fall coloured trees to

signify remembrance.

  • Use native trees where possible to integrate

with Fanshawe Conservation Area and support native species.

  • Implement native grasses and wildflowers

where possible to create pollinator habitat.

  • Accentuate intersections with flowering trees.
