Tonight’s Purpose/Recommendation 3 Conduct Public Hearing, to: Determine conformity of Southeast School Site Acquisition and Development • Project with Department of Education (CDE) school site selection standards Adopt Resolution 16-06, which: Adopts the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Southeast School Site • Acquisition and Development Project Finds that the Southeast School Site conforms to CDE school site selection • standards Approves the Southeast School Site Acquisition and Development Project • Authorizes Superintendent/designee to secure CDE approval • Authorizes Superintendent/designee to close escrow and acquire the site • Churc h and Pe ac h Site - Pub lic He aring and Re so lutio n 16-06 9/14/2016
