  9.  For companies: "Per capita" fine for failing to hire apprentices and referral of such cases to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Labor Affairs, which can resort to the court system to force companies to hire apprentices;  Payment of the fine does not release a company from the obligation to hire apprentices. It will be inspected and notified again.

  10.  Application of fines for not providing appropriate conditions for vocational training;  Disqualification for delivering new courses;  Suspension from the National Apprenticeship Register.

  11. CMDCA - MUNICIPAL COUNCIL FOR THE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS The Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents - CMDCA - is the body in charge of drawing up and coordinating the municipal policy for ensuring the promotion and defense of the rights of children and adolescents, providing guidance in relation to them and ensuring full protection to children and adolescents

  12.  Non-profit Entities wishing to provide training courses must be registered with the CMDCA, which sets the rules for approving them.  Each CMDCA can autonomously set the rules to be applied to the operations of training entities.

  13. Public Prosecutor's Office for Labor Affairs ( Ministério Público do Trabalho - MPT) The Public Prosecutor’s Office for Labor Affairs is in charge of carrying out the actions assigned to it by the Federal Constitution and by labor laws and of filing public civil public civil actions with labor courts actions with labor courts to defend collective interests when constitutionally guaranteed social rights are violated;
