  • $837,131 -15 non-sworn staff (6-PSR, 6 -Crime Analysts, 3 -Supervisors salary and

benefits) *Amount provided by Memphis PD as the cost of their RTCC. This could be reduced considerably if a joint City-County RTCC was created, and an existing facility was utilized.
