Barry O’Donnell MRICS Barry has worked in the UK property market since 1997 and bought and sold investments the length and breadth of Great Britain and Ireland. He has had a diverse career spending nearly 10 years at JLL where he worked in their dominant portfolio investment team before setting up their Irish investors desk. He then moved to the niche investment practice, Lewis Ellis LLP, where he spent 6 years before spending a further 6 years at DTZ/ Cushman and Wakefield as head of their market leading shopping centre investment team. Interests : Barry has a passion for sustainability spurred on by his young family. Follower of all sports.

Fergus Jack MRICS FNARA Fergus has worked in the property industry for 12 years, having joined DTZ following seven years as an army

  • Wakefield. Oliver brings a diverse skill set to the team,

having focused on Asset Management for clients such as the NHS, propcos and latterly for lenders whilst working with Fergus in the Restructuring team at C&W. Oliver has specialised in residential development having worked on numerous sales and acquisitions for clients. Interests: Sport, keeping fit and fussing over a wonderful new born girl.

We have dealt with assets from every asset class and have experience of developing out part built schemes.
