What are our equality outcomes?
To eliminate discrimination, victimisation, harassment or other unlawful conduct that is prohibited under the Equality Act 2010 we needed to:
- Improve involvement and consultation on the development and provision of services
- Provide equal and easy access to all our buildings and services
- Hate Crime in South Ayrshire is reduced and ensure vulnerable individuals and
communities feel safe and more secure, and
- The Council is an Equal Opportunities Employer
