  22. Exam-swollen posterior ankle, and Achilles

  23. MORE TENDERNESS – POSTERIOR ANKLE

  24. Normal AP ankle xray

  25. Lateral x-ray – some arthritis, os trigonium present

  26. WHAT NOW?  Treatment??  Further studies??

  28. Further treatment  Would you excise os trigonum?  IF so-what approach?
