Total program inspections: 365 inspections within the emission study boundary of the Stockton 617 community during the three years Citations issued/brought into compliance: 5 vehicles received emission violations and 1 received a non-emission violation

Streamlined Truck Enforcement Program: Contacted 157 registered HDDV

  • wners in the Stockton zip codes. Total registration holds in 2018-2019

through the STEP program was 118

Idling: 31 HDDV trucks, buses, off-road equipment inspected resulting in zero idling violations

Supplemental Environmental Projects

SEPs are community-based projects that are funded from a portion of the penalties received during settlement of enforcement actions. There are three SEP projects that have been approved and funded in the San Joaquin Air District, and one school air filtration SEP in Stockton currently pending approval for funding.
