Application Process – Check List ● Read Packet & Catalogue ● 1 st Draft ● Current Recommendations – Teacher and Guidance ➢ Kindly and clearly request – “practicing professional” ➢ Forms are submitted by teacher to Barnstable Gateway Office ➢ Complete Teacher Recommendation Record ● Final Draft – Criteria: ➢ Hand written in ink (not typed) ➢ Neat ➢ Seriousness of purpose and interest in the subject matter to be pursued ➢ Within the space allotted
