and behaviors of all Florida Firefighters
- Eventually will be able to link with FCDS data to
study specific occupational exposures

2016 Linkage Project
- Augment ~100,000 firefighter records with
gender, date of birth, and most importantly social security number
- Link with cancer registry records
- Link with vital statistics records
- Will serve as an important baseline to monitor
future cancer trends in the fire service.
