Ch Challenges = Motivation • Storage space was maxed out • Information flow for Institute documents was narrow • Information was difficult to find • Historical insight needed to make decisions and answer questions • New intranet / internet project on the horizon • Departments and committees were asking the library for help with managing their content • Important documents and photographs were not being donated to the archives • Library was only digitizing content on an as need basis • No external grant money received
