Why are we having this meeting

  • Provide background of the BEP program
  • Inform the residents of Phase 2 that we are

bidding the project with the intent to construct

  • Clarify any concerns of the potential future

construction

Backbone Extension Program

  • Extend waterline for needs of the District
  • Extend waterlines into areas currently not

served by the District

Future Meetings

  • Prior to construction, we will offer any resident to

join us during the videotaping of the construction area and to meet the contractor

  • During construction, District staff will be handling

construction management of the project

  • At the end of construction, we will walk the

roadway with any interested residents to create a completion list for the project

  • After construction, we will summarize costs and

meters can be set upon payment of fees
