What other options are there?

To regularise the existing use – nothing more, nothing less Do nothing

  • Use would not able to continue

Rezoning to another land use zone

  • CFZ Community Facility Zone
  • PRZ2 Restricted Access Recreation Zone
  • CZ6 Leisure and Accommodation

CFZ provides the best fit in terms of zone objectives, but would allow a broader range of uses with different use patterns.
