Why Invest in a Zinc Explorer?

  • Zinc is used primarily in galvanizing steel, and is up 21% over the

year to $1.43/lb.

  • Zinc prices hit their highest level in 10 years on August 16, 2017,

breaking the $3,000-per-tonne mark to reach $3,111. Supply concerns, a strong demand outlook from China and a decline in warehouse inventories support the rally. A deficit zinc market is projected over the next 4 years.

  • Wood Mackenzie has a peak Zinc price target of $4000 US/tonne

($1.80 per lb) in 2018.

  • “The best way for investors to play a zinc price move would be to

invest in zinc equities.” James Fraser, editor of Mining Stocks Investor Guide

Previous Exploration

  • >$4.5 M in previous exploration in

district by Welcome North, Arctic Red JV, Rio Tinto, Inco, Cominco, Bethlehem and Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (1974-2014).

  • >30 known mineralized occurrences

including 2 broad, coincident geological, geochemical and I.P. anomalies that may represent large buried MVT mineralized systems on the property.

  • Potential for World Class Deposit.
  • Encouraging exploration to date with

comprehensive database.

Property Geology and Mineralization

  • Host rocks are Lower Cambrian Sekwi Formation dolomite and

dolomitic limestone.

  • 10-15% sphalerite in veins and replacement.
  • Mineralized horizon 15 m thick.
  • Extensive dissolution fabrics in host rock.

Property Geology and Mineralization

  • 1976 drill intercepts of 12% Zinc over 3 metres, 4.5% Zinc over 3

metres and 2% Zn over 5 metres.

  • 2008 I.P. survey by Eagle Plains Resources identified 2 anomalies

measuring 500 metres and 1 kilometer long, respectively, over larger Zinc / Iron soil anomalies that have never been drilled.

Zn-Pb Mineralization

11

  • Extensive dissolution fabrics in host dolostones.
  • Matrix veined and replaced by sphalerite and minor galena
slide-12

Zn-Pb Mineralization

  • Pale green to yellow sphalerite
  • Disseminated and vein sphalerite
  • Gangue of barite, dolomite, calcite, pyrite
  • Mineralized crackle and dissolution breccia

Mineralization Controls

13

  • Two large E-W trending faults, 2 km apart, occur on the property.

The more northern fault located near the center of the property appears to be an important conduit for mineralizing fluids. Many

  • f the mineral showings are located near or on smaller faults

splaying off and bounded by the two.

  • It appears that both structure and stratigraphy are very important

mineralization controls at the property. The AB-Main Showing

  • ccurs close to deep-seated structures that may have transported

scavenged metals from a vast area and concentrated them in receptive units closer to the surface.

Proposed 2018 Exploration Program

15

  • Community consultations.
  • Acquire exploration permit for 2018.
  • Conduct a 2,500 m diamond-drill program to test the AB and

AB-C coincidental soil geochemical and I.P. anomalies.

  • Additional mapping and prospecting in the Franklin Mountain

Formation on high-grade showings characterized by white sphalerite is recommended.
