The group's mission is to foster a business climate conducive to the free exchange of ideas and information for the purpose of revitalizing and sustaining the competitiveness of American commerce and industry in a global economy. The organization's annual American Treasures Awards are the culmination of a deliberative year-long search to identify and honor America's best. The award was created to heighten public awareness of American made products and a showcase the companies and individuals who create them. Xocolatl Mole Bitters Hopped Grapefruit Bitters • Our first bitters, created in • Grapefruit and full-cone 2007 Palisades hops • A combination of • Amazing with blanco chocolate, cinnamon and tequila and gin – try it in a spice Gin and Tonic • Perfect with dark spirits – great in a Manhattan CONFIDENTIAL & PROPRIETARY

  12. ‘Elemakule Tiki Bitters – Allspice, cinnamon, clove and citrus flavors come together to bring a little flavor of the islands to a cocktail. Works great in toddies, in tea and mulled wine or cider as well as tiki drinks (of course)! Boston “Bittahs” – Orange, lemon, lime and grapefruit combine with chamomile and other aromatic herbs and spices. Works well with vodka, gin and scotch as well as effervescent cocktails made with soda water or champagne. Burlesque Bitters – Bitter and tart, these bitters have the primary flavors of hibiscus and açai berry, supported with long pepper, rosehips and violets. CONFIDENTIAL & PROPRIETARY

  13. Orange Cream Citrate – Bright orange flavors that capture summer in a bottle. A hint of vanilla gives a cream soda-like flavor and texture Hellfire Habanero Shrub – A hot sauce designed for cocktails. Habanero peppers are balanced with red wine vinegar, bay leaves and elderberries. Orchard Street Celery Shrub – Briny flavors of old New York.
