History

• Mr. H. R. Gaikwad completed his education as part of the Earn and

Learn scheme and started his career as a Graduate Trainee Engineer (1994) in Tata Motors.

• While undergoing struggle

during his college days, inspired by readings of Swami Vivekananda he formed Bharat Vikas Pratishthan in 1993.

• Later he business ‘Bharat Vikas Group’ in 1997, along with Mr.

Umesh Mane and just 8 other individuals, with the aim of creating employment opportunities for rural youth.

• Left job at Tata Motors in 2001, when BVG had over 300 employees.

MSEDCL Project: Satara Region INFRA II-A Scheme - Establishing new substation, distribution of HT (High Tension) & LT (Low Tension) cable lines & distribution of transformers GFSS Project: Baramati Region Feeder separation scheme, underground cable distribution of HT & LT line and distribution of transformers With an involvement of more than 2000 employees, with current progress we completed these projects in 18 months against a 24 month timeline.
