“SIPP eco beverage co. stemmed from my passion for entertaining and

mixology. Following my passion, I created a cocktail consulting/catering

business, Eco-Bar. I started searching store shelves looking for a natural cocktail mixer containing the ingredients I love and use, organic and all

natural. Unable to find what I was looking for, I decided to create my
wn beverage. After many months of mixing, testing, and tasting, I

unveiled my drinks, now branded “Sipp Sparkling Organics” at the 2009 Natural Products Expo in Boston. I’ve come a long way since creating the first batch of Sipp in my kitchen. I’ve received funding and guidance from Emil Capital Partners in 2012, and directed a rebranding in 2013. We’ve been able to morph Sipp into the sophisticated and refreshing product I’ve always envisioned.” -Beth Wilson-Parentice
