Organization and Chapter History ● Nationally ○ Founded in 1985 at the University of Texas at Austin ○ ~40 Active Chapters across the nation ○ Local chapters include UGA, UNC-CH, and USC ● Locally ○ Founded in 2012 ○ Diversity of majors, denominations, homestates, and backgrounds ○ About 60 Brothers active in the fraternity right now! ○ We’ve had at least two of the highest overall, new member, and continuing member GPAs since our founding.

Philanthropy and Service ● National Philanthropy: 10 Days ○ Drink only water for 10 days, while donating the money you would normally spend on drinks and coffees to Living Water International to build clean water wells where they are needed the most. This 10 Day campaign happens every November. ○ Last year we raised $1,050 for this campaign. ● Local Service ○ Annual Ravenel Elementary School Fall Festival Volunteers ○ Potters Place Work Days ○ We did 125 hours of local service in Spring 2020 and 100 hours in Fall 2019.

Key Programs and Events All of our events are dry, but we have events like the following: ● Formal ● Date Events ○ Weekend Long Event in the Spring ○ Date Nights ○ Away from Clemson ○ BYX and Does: Skeet Shoot ○ With a few other chapters ● National Events ● Semi-Formal ○ Annual Trip to Israel in the ○ Friday Night Event in the Fall Summer ○ 1-2 hours from Clemson ○ Annual Trip to Dallas for New ○ With one or two other chapters Officers and leading brothers ● Brotherhood Events in November ○ Weekend long events ○ Ski Trip in January ○ Day Trips to Top Golf and other local places ○ Spontaneous Brother Only Events

Requirements for Membership ● Full-Time Clemson Student ○ If you’re Bridging, we’d love to have you join once you cross the bridge! ● 2.5 GPA or higher ● Must complete pledgeship a 6 week process ○ We participate in rush every semester. ● Complete the IFC and BYX Rush process ○ Complete an interview ○ Sign a Covenant and our Honor Code
