The Shadow Board are running a series of podcasts to discuss how members have navigated the challenges or opportunities presented to their businesses by COVID-19. This will be split into four categories; • Employees of businesses who have been impacted by COVID-19 – how have you found this experience? • Businesses that have had to temporarily close or pause due to COVID-19 – how are you planning to get back to work once able to do so? • Businesses that have stayed open throughout COVID-19 – how did you manage this? • Businesses that have evolved or innovated during the COVID-19 pandemic – what have you managed to do differently?
