  • Develop Biological Goals and Objectives for the Natural Communities and

Covered Species the BDCP Plan Area to provide for conservation of natural communities and covered species.

  • Assess existing habitat quality & status and range of species & future needs

  • Examine the level of potential impact from Covered Activities.
  • Look at Interaction with Exisiting and Developing NCCP/HCPs.
  • Identify Opportunities for Building Upon Other Plans’ Conservation

Strategies and Goals/Objectives & Avoid Conflicts.

  • Further Refine Biological Goals, Objectives and Conservation Measures
