HOW WE WILL COMMUNICATE WITH YOU
Hello Presentation Families, Through the grace of God we are coming back to school this fall. Presentation is unbelievably excited to have the school filled once again. This booklet has been made to help explain our re-opening plan. This plan will ensure your children's safety is put first. Our staff has been working endlessly this summer to help build a plan for a safe and healthy re-opening to our school.
WELCOME BACK!
DISTANCE LEARNING Full distance learning when there is evidence for a spread of illness throughout Presentation's community which necessitates moving all students to distance learning. Teachers will utilize livestreaming and recorded learning along with digital tools. IN-PERSON AND ONLINE HYBRID Surge in COVID-19 which necessitates more restrictions but does not force school building to close for an extended period of time. Additional students may need to shift into distance learning. May discontinue using all common or shared spaces in the school. IN-PERSON WITH ONLINE LEARNING AS NEEDED Most students are in the school building learning daily with some utilization of distance
distancing in common areas. Extracurricular activities are suspended at this time. IN-PERSON WITH SOME RESTRICTIONS (Re-opening August 31st) Everyone is back to school learning daily in person. Masks are mandatory for everyone who enters the building. Before and After school care are offered. Students have staggered lunch times while properly physically distancing. Extracurricular activities suspended at this time. IN-PERSON WITH NO RESTRICTIONS (BACK TO "NORMAL") Vaccine is available. No face coverings. Extracurricular activities are active. Events are all live for participation for families and students. If things change throughout the year, parents will be informed and we will remain open.
