Emeko was created in 1953 in Kortrijk region, cradle of goldsmiths in Belgium. Concerning deliveries from outside of the European Union (worldwide), the proce- dure is simple and fast: The parcel delivery has to be done in Brussels Airport (Zaventem) to the customs service (free zone). After an immediate fjrst check within the customs, the package is securely transport- ed by Brinks the same day at the refjnery. It immediately enters within the industrial cycle after an intake weighing and a quality control. Pure metal is obtained within 24 hours. Once the pure metal is extracted, our trad- ing department will contact you in order to know your position and desires, namely: Sell the metal Credit it on your metal account Store it physically in our secured vault facilities Deliver it at the place your choice or any another options. We perform the payment of metal purchased same day. We can offer a complete full cycle from the delivery to the payment in 24h.

Concerning deliveries from European Union: We can conduct the removal directly on your premises via a secured carrier (24 hours between the pickup and delivery in

Once delivered, we perform an intake weighing and a quality control, and if everything is in order we proceed immedi- ately to refjning. Your metal account is then credited within 24 hours. It means a time frame of only 48 hours from the parcel pickup, to the credit
