Submit a NEW DAP Grant Application available on the District Website

• under Foundation Tab.

Outright cash contributions are prohibited EXCEPT for COVID-19 related projects to purchase PPEs for hospitals, EMS, first responders, and other medical professionals. REQUIRES a letter from recipient on company letterhead signed by President/CEO or Clinical Director. Covid-19 DAP Grant Projects must be completed before 06/01/2020 and Final Reports DUE 06/15/2020.

If you have not made any purchases under your DAP grant for 2019- 2020 you can repurpose those funds. NEW DAP Grant app for 2019-2020 for a COVID-19 related project. Grants must be submitted for approval before you begin.
