Why is the online learning schedule only 3 hours a day from 1-4 rather than more closely following the regular school day and schedule? The contjnuity of learning plan is based on the need to accommodate families that have multjple children at multjple

• levels. The AM session is designed for elementary students

and the PM session is designed for secondary students.

Where can I fjnd a schedule of classes and assignments for my child during distance learning? Teachers are using myMCPS and/or Google classroom. Students should check both platgorms. We will also ask teachers to post to both to ensure students don’t miss work.

The Awards Ceremony? The Awards ceremony is currently scheduled for May 19th at this tjme, but may be moved. Exams? SAT was moved from March 25 to April 14th, but has been canceled at this tjme. AP Exams? AP Exam will take place May 11-22, with exam start tjmes between 12PM and 4PM. Makeup exams, which will take place from June 1-5, must be approved by College Board.

Is there any way to partjcularly support seniors through this tjme? The Blair administratjon is considering alternatjve ways to celebrate our seniors if we do not return to a normal school schedule. The PTSA is also considering special events – parents are welcome to volunteer to help with great ideas!
