SCOPE OF WORKS

Appointment of Multi-Disciplinary Professional Team (quantity surveyor, civil, mechanical and electrical engineer) to conduct a detailed re- inspection of construction work done by various contractors on the North Gauteng Testing Corridor (18 Stations) and 4 Staging Yards.  Comparison between the initial B.o.Q. and the change in scope of works,  Physical construction works inspection and confirmation of execution in-line with the B.o.Q. (original and or revised),  Review of payment certificates against actual construction works executed,  Review of Final Accounts against final construction works executed, and  Review of adherence to the necessary governance processes (JBCC contract and PRASA internal policies and processes).
