Service Area Zones

  • The City of Greater Sudbury will be

divided into three separate zones

  • Proponents may bid on one (1), two (2)
  • r three (3) zones
  • Proponents will not be required to host

a physical location in the service area they bid on

Financial Arrangements- RFP for Pound Services

  • Bids will require proponents to submit

a per animal/per day fee that will be charged to the City of Greater Sudbury

  • Rate will be specific to type of animal

and will include all costs for service

  • The City will be invoiced monthly based
  • n intakes/services in the previous

month

Financial Arrangements- Pound Services

  • All fees collected by contractor (with

the exception of adoption) will be forwarded to the City of Greater Sudbury

  • Recommend to Council that process

where the contractor (and any partner) receive $2 for every animal registration sold on their behalf, be continued
