AMCD 2019 Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling Summit Proposal Submission Portal
The Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development (AMCD) is accepting presentation proposals for the inaugural Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling Summit (MSJCS) June 21- 22, 2019 in Orlando, Florida. The 2019 Summit theme is "Responding to the need to eliminate the mental health gap: Serving our communities through social action, multicultural research, and systemic change." Proposal submissions should clearly identify how the presentation content will address the theme. An evaluation rubric for submitted proposals is provided on the AMCD 2019 Summit website (https://multiculturalcounselingdevelopment.org/events/amcd-summit/). Proposals are due January 15, 2019 11:59pm EST. Please direct questions to Kim Hughes (kcounseling@gmail.com) or June Hyun (jhyun@spu.edu). Notification of the decision regarding this proposal will be emailed to the Primary Presenter.
