Insertion - step by step

1. Once you have folded the cup, gently insert it just inside your vagina, aiming towards your tailbone 2. Once it is just inside, let the cup completely open 3. Then with a finger push it further inside 4. Once inside the cup may wriggle down a little to find it’s ‘happy’ spot 5. When the cup is inserted correctly, you shouldn’t be able to feel it. Tip: if you have a short vagina, the tab at the bottom of the cup may hang

1. Wash hands 2. Bear down like you are having a bowel motion (relax & breathe out) 3. This will bring the cup down low 4. Feel inside and put your finger & thumb on the grip rings on the base of the cup 5. Pinch the cup to break the seal 6. Ease the cup out 7. Tip the contents down the toilet 8. Either wipe with toilet paper or rinse under a tap & re-insert
