Over 1000 Sq. meter with a production capacity of 50,000 item per month and equiped with latest machines and tools to enable our team to fully function.

Composed of 40 experienced workers all working in a friendly environement and recieves periodic training to maintain our top quality production.

Process

We nurture our natural loofa from the beginning of its cultivation till harvesting to start the process of pealing and

washing. With no chemicals,

acids, or bleaching agent our loofa gets out of the cleaning process to enter cutting, shaping, and molding process to

btain the natural sense of the

loofa with its enriched ridges and full body texture. Our loofa then undergoes through a perfect tailoring process and path through a strict quality control unit to meet perfect product standards.
