What Has Been Done

  

County waterways. August 2, 2018: Lee County is awarded $700,000 grant funding by the FDEP to combat and remove algae. Three test sites for this proj ect were identified within Cape Coral:

 Near the Clipper Bay condominiums  North of the Cape Coral Bridge  East of Del Prado Blvd

As of August 20, 2018 all FDEP grant funds have been exhausted in an effort to clean up Lee
