Course Overview

 Language Arts (Honors or Grade Level)  History (Honors or Grade Level)  Science (Honors or Grade Level)  Math (Accelerated Math 6/7 or Grade Level)  PE  Art / Keyboarding (1 per semester)  Music (student choice) / Resource (each 45 minutes, all year)

Course Selection Process

 Teacher recommendations will be loaded into ParentVue  Music selections (band, strings, chorus) will be made through StudentVue at

ES

 SRMS staff will continue to look at course selections and assess (using SOL

scores, final grades, Math assessment scores) to determine best placement
