- Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every player
- Be positive during coaching sessions
- Be punctual, properly attired and lead by example
- Don’t shout at or lecture players or reprimand/ridicule children
when they make a mistake.
- Praise and reinforce effort & provide positive feedback.
Player
- Represent their family and club with pride & dignity
