The Major Group Inc. • Company is based out of Virginia Beach, VA • Brent Major – President – Training and certification background – Worked in Business Development in Federal Government market for many years • Launched TMG to work with partners to deliver training programs to targeted groups • One initiative is training for military spouses – via Department of Defense program - MyCAA approved training

The Major Group Inc. • Current programs - students receive certificate of completion from Florida Gulf Coast University , Tyler Junior College and Lamar Institute of Technology • All training programs are MyCAA approved • Military spouses who qualify for the MyCAA grant/ funding may use their tuition to enroll with The Major Group in the training programs • Additional MyCAA approved programs launching soon • Additional services launched – student web portal, placement assistance (more to come)

The Major Group Career Development Specialist • Current team consists of mostly military spouses • Working a flexible schedule from home/car/soccer field – Educating Military Spouses on benefits of career certification programs – Providing information on MyCAA approved training opportunities to Military Spouses. – Inform Military Spouses on features of the portable, online training programs – Create a working relationship with base contacts at the Family Readiness Centers, Fleet and Family Support Centers, and Family Resource Centers, and other such support groups

Often based on student start date as well. Any questions on pay can be directed to kimberly.bolton@themajorgrouptraining.com – Checks are distributed by the 15 th and 30 th of every month – Rep is responsible for own taxes • TMG provides rep with email account, business cards, and program flyers for distribution on base and at military events. The Major Group Career Development Specialist • Great Earning Potential • Goal for each rep is 5 student enrollments per month Commission sample for FGCU enrollments: • 5 student enrollments = $1200 commission • 10 students = $2400 • 20 students = $4800 • Build your pipeline through contacts at base, events for military families, friends, and other referrals • Commissions for FGCU are 6%, 10% for LIT programs, 15% for TJC

MyCAA News October 25, 2010: The MyCAA program is open to all eligible spouses under the new program guidelines below: • Spouse of an active duty Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine service member, or activated Reserve member in pay grades E1-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O2. • If the spouse of National Guard and/or AGR member, the sponsor must be on federal Title 10 active duty orders as reported in DEERS. • Spouses of Guard/Reserve members in an Alert, Transition Assistance, or Post Deployment status are not eligible. • MyCAA accounts will be limited to the new $4,000 maximum benefit with a $2,000 fiscal year cap. Waivers to the fiscal year cap will be available for spouses pursuing licensure or credentials with a cost that exceeds the $2,000 fiscal year cap up to the total maximum assistance of $4,000. • Spouses must finish their program of study within three years from the start date of the first course. • Funding is limited to only Associate’s degrees, certifications and licensure programs. .

  13. Our Programs • These are Short Term Certification Programs. Each program includes everything required to sit for the certification exam. • These Programs Carry No College Credit. • These Programs are not eligible for traditional college loans or funding. • All books remain the property of MCS and must be returned or bought out at the end of the program. This maintains compliance on behalf of the student and the school per MYCAA guidelines.

Program Benefits • FGCU has video based training programs delivered by live Certified instructors in a pre-recorded format • LIT has a variety of online programs, using different learning models • Completely mobile - conduct training anywhere/anytime by accessing training via internet. • Self paced - start and stop their training repeat modules any number of times • Access to on-line/telephone subject matter expert to answer questions and provide guidance • Receive nationally recognized certification with each program to establish a “portable career”

  16. Student Support Instructor support for students to help keep them on track. The students are never alone and never left guessing. Live, certified experts are just a click or call away for the help students need whenever they need it. Students never have to worry about getting off track. Proactive support, monitoring, and skill-building reinforcement will keep them on track. The Major Group has provided a student portal and a Facebook group so students can connect with one another. For course content assistance, FGCU students have access to Live Mentors and LIT students have access to tech support and instructor support via email.
