flyers for distribution on base and at military events. Booth “Kit”
- TMG Web site has rep portal, where presentations, documents for
enrollments, pipeline reports, etc., are available
- IT support is also available to reps

- Goal for each rep is 5 student enrollments per month
Commission sample for FGCU enrollments:
- 5 student enrollments = $1200 commission
- 10 students = $2400
- 20 students = $4800
- Build your pipeline through contacts at base, events for military
families, friends, and other referrals
- Commissions for FGCU are 6%, 10% for LIT programs, 15% for TJC

MyCAA News
October 25, 2010: The MyCAA program is open to all eligible spouses under the new program guidelines below:
- Spouse of an active duty Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine service member, or
activated Reserve member in pay grades E1-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O2.
- If the spouse of National Guard and/or AGR member, the sponsor must be on federal
Title 10 active duty orders as reported in DEERS.
- Spouses of Guard/Reserve members in an Alert, Transition Assistance, or Post
Deployment status are not eligible.
- MyCAA accounts will be limited to the new $4,000 maximum benefit with a $2,000
fiscal year cap. Waivers to the fiscal year cap will be available for spouses pursuing licensure or credentials with a cost that exceeds the $2,000 fiscal year cap up to the total maximum assistance of $4,000.
- Spouses must finish their program of study within three years from the start date of
the first course.
- Funding is limited to only Associate’s degrees, certifications and licensure programs.

Our Programs
- These are Short Term Certification Programs. Each
program includes everything required to sit for the certification exam.
- These Programs Carry No College Credit.
- These Programs are not eligible for traditional college
loans or funding.
- All books remain the property of MCS and must be
returned or bought out at the end of the program. This maintains compliance on behalf of the student and the school per MYCAA guidelines.

Student Support
Instructor support for students to help keep them
- n track.
The students are never alone and never left guessing. Live, certified experts are just a click or call away for the help students need whenever they need it. Students never have to worry about getting off track. Proactive support, monitoring, and skill-building reinforcement will keep them on track. The Major Group has provided a student portal and a Facebook group so students can connect with one another. For course content assistance, FGCU students have access to Live Mentors and LIT students have access to tech support and instructor support via email.

The Major Group Course Selections When choosing courses to add to our offering, our content providers carefully research job growth projections. We care about our students and their training and select

growth rates as depicted by the Dept. of Bureau and Labor Statics. In addition to being MYCAA Approved, these career programs are anticipated to have up to an 18% job growth rate through 2016.
Career Opportunities Following Certification

PROCESS FOR STUDENTS TO APPLY
- TMG Career Development Specialist – helps student understand the
program features, certification benefits, and works with student to help get them enrolled in program
- When student is ready to enroll in our program, the CDS will provide a
school application, book agreement, and learning plan to each student.
- The student will need to apply for funding at the MyCAA site with the
information provided on the learning plan
- Student completes and returns to enrollments@themajorgrouptraining.com ,
with a copy to you (rep). – FGCU or TJC or LIT application – Loan agreement for books – Once Financial Aid is approved, student will email a pdf to you which you will forward to enrollments@themajorgrouptraining.com
