Notice of Revocations/Suspensions The following revocations or suspensions have been carried out in accordance with 19.31.2 NMAC. • 186 individuals were suspended until in compliance with the Parental Responsibility Act. • 24 individuals were suspended for failure to pay a penalty assessment.
Revocations GROUP 1 • Revocation of 18 individuals who did not request hearings.
Revocations GROUP 2 • 1 individual who requested a hearing. The Hearing Officer recommends no revocation.
Revocations GROUP 3 • Revocation of 3 individuals who requested a hearing and filed exceptions.
Revocations GROUP 4 • Revocation of 4 individuals who requested a hearing and did not file exceptions.
Revocations GROUP 5 • Deny guide registration for 1 individual who requested a hearing and did not file an exception.
Revocations GROUP 6 • Suspend outfitter registration for 2 individuals who did not file an exception.
