The following revocations or suspensions have been carried out in accordance with 19.31.2 NMAC.

476 individuals were suspended until in compliance with the

Parental Responsibility Act.

28 individuals were suspended for failure to pay a penalty

assessment.

1 individual was revoked for violating the provisions of a

stipulated agreement.

2018. Due to Postal Service issues and an address change, they

never received a Notice Of Contemplated Action. The Department has since entered into a stipulated agreement with the individual pending acceptance by the Commission.
