Notice of Revocations/Suspensions The following revocations or suspensions have been carried out in accordance with 19.31.2 NMAC. • 476 individuals were suspended until in compliance with the Parental Responsibility Act. • 28 individuals were suspended for failure to pay a penalty assessment. • 1 individual was revoked for violating the provisions of a stipulated agreement.
Revocations GROUP 1 • Revocation of 40 individuals who did not request hearings.
Revocations GROUP 2 • Revocation of 3 individuals who requested hearings and did not file exceptions.
Revocations GROUP 3 • One individual who requested a hearing. The Department and the Hearing Officer recommend no revocation.
Revocations GROUP 4 • 8 individuals who entered into stipulated agreements with the Department.
Revocations GROUP 5 • 1 individual who was revoked by the Commission on April 26, 2018. Due to Postal Service issues and an address change, they never received a Notice Of Contemplated Action. The Department has since entered into a stipulated agreement with the individual pending acceptance by the Commission.
