Steps to review groundwater information

  • 1. Locate and click on your parcel to reveal an information screen

2. Review the information the SRP GSA has on file associated with your property. If information is correct, owners can: Do nothing, OR provide additional information to the GSA through a form provided on this webpage 3. Complete the Groundwater User Information Exchange form to add additional information or correct information, such as:

  • Property owner contact information
  • APN
  • Groundwater user category (commercial, rural residential,

agriculture, etc.)

  • Well construction information (i.e. well and pump depth,

diameter, and date drilled)
