Our commissioning and procurement work aims to: Collaborate Increase understanding of collaborative alternatives to current commissioning and procurement practice. Experiment - source and trial new approaches to procurement and commissioning. Challenge – local approaches that drive down price, compromise quality and hinder delivery of good care and support. Influence: local and national procurement and commissioning practice. CCPS is a coalition of over 70 of the major voluntary sector support providers in Scotland.
