Oleg Belozerov and Lu Dongfu signed an agreement on electronic data exchange on international rail freight transport and shipments. The main purpose of the agreement is to ensure the transfer

documents in real time. Electronic exchange does not replace the existing document management system established by the Agreement on International Goods Transport by Rail.
