MARINERS ACADEMY The purpose of this document is to provide information on the Mariners development program for young footballers. Outlined is our structure, leaders, set up and costs for the Mariners Development Squads. The aim is to improve player pathways and maximise young players technical knowledge from U8’s to 12s years. This will connect football resources and unlock potential revenue for all.

THE PATHWAY ➟ ➟ HYUNDAI ➟ A-LEAGUE 2 STAR FUTURE NORTH DEVELOPMENT SQUAD ACADEMY W-LEAGUE 1 NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT • 9-12yr SAP YOUTH LEAGUE PROGRAMS • 13-16yrs Boys PRO-STAR • Mens’ & Women’s DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (Ages 8-12Yrs) National Premier PRO • 4 sessions a fortnight League PRO-STAR • Qualifjed coaches • Starts February 2018 • 8-10yrs Boys • Talent Identifjcation • 10-15yrs Girls • Game days • 1 Session a week • Open to all • Qualifjed coaches

DEVELOPMENT SQUADS The Central Coast Mariners North / South Development Squads and the International Football and Tennis School are the only offjcial underpinning programs and genuine pathway to the Central Coast Mariners 2 Star Academy. Development Squads are only for Skill Acquisition ages of ➟ U8’s to U12’s. DEVELOPMENT SQUADS Development Squads include: • Winter Program and Gala day • North and South development squad training • Talent Identifjcation for 2 Star Academy
