We would be pleased though to offer you the opportunity to present what you submitted in your abstract proposal as a poster. There are two different rotating poster sessions, one on Wednesday and one on Thursday, so you will need to ensure you poster is hung and removed during the speci`ed times. The allotted space for your poster should not exceed 4 feet high by 4 feet wide. Your poster does not have to cover the entire space, you may print something smaller than the designated space but not
- larger. We will send you additional information closer to the meeting on exactly when during the
day you may put your poster on display and when it should be removed. Please let us know if you are interested in doing so. We hope in any case to see you in May at the Marriott Baltimore Waterfront for what will be an exciting and educational meeting.
