  11. Assets The Assets module is used to record all the assets and asset sub-assemblies that are the responsibility of the maintenance department. Assets may include HVAC equipment, machinery, vehicles, buildings, grounds, etc. Sub-assemblies include any sub-components of assets that are maintained separately. 12

  12. Work Orders The Work Order module is used to create, print and close maintenance jobs in response to maintenance service requests, emergency breakdowns or other non-routine maintenance activities ( Demand Work Orders ). It’s also used to update, print and close scheduled maintenance work orders that were created in the Work Order Masters module ( Preventive Work Orders ). 13

  13. Work Order Master The Work Order Master section allows us to create preventive maintenance work orders. We can schedule them based on calendar dates or runtime. The work order details can then describe the tasks to be done, associate the parts, tools, labor needed, and attach other pertinent information. Work Order Masters can accommodate multiple parts, equipment, labor, contractors and cycles for each asset, creating an all-inclusive, life-cycle maintenance plan. Preventive maintenance not only optimizes asset performance, but it also extends its life cycle . 14

  14. Multi-Cycle Scheduling of Work Orders Multi-Cycle Scheduling allows multiple cycle frequencies to be applied to a single Work Order Master. Cycle types include: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and runtime. Any combination of cycles can be established for a single work order. When a PM reaches its activation date for a cycle, it will become active. 15

  15. Runtime Schedule PM work orders can also be activated according to runtime schedules. The runtime schedule is used for equipment that requires preventive maintenance based on a specific number of units (hours, miles, etc.). Work orders can also be activated by alarms generated by Machine Control or Building Automation Systems. 16

  16. Planner The Planner module displays current, overdue and upcoming work orders in Calendar-View format. Viewing these work orders allows for equipment availability to be planned, available resources to be identified, and over- scheduling to be eliminated . Work order types are easily identified by different icons. 17

  17. SERVICE REQUEST MODULE Track Service Requests and Increase Response Time The Service Request Module is a help-desk ticketing system for creating work order requests. Service Requests can be created by any employee from any location in a facility with access to the Proteus MMX login screen. These requests can then be edited by Supervisors or Maintenance Managers, and once they’re accepted, they will become new Demand Maintenance Work Orders in the System. Requesters and Supervisors can also get automatic notifications sent directly to their emails or mobile devices. 18

  18. Mobile The Mobile interface allows work orders and asset information to be sent to compatible mobile devices. Once the work orders are in the Interface mobile device technicians can update and complete the work orders.

  19. Integrated Proteus MMX can also be combined with several optional modules, which further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your maintenance program. Solutions Machine Control Integration Make your SMART factory even “ smarter ” by integrating MPDV HYDRA with Proteus MMX. With key modules of HYDRA used with Proteus MMX software; every machine, line or aggregate can be integrated seamlessly. Status information and process parameters are captured with HYDRA automatically and stored in a central database. Proteus Building Alarm Interface (PAI) PAI provides one-of-a-kind integration with BAS environments to help facilities around the world achieve cost-effective and responsive maintenance management. Mobile With the Proteus MMX Mobile Module, work orders can be sent to a mobile device (smart phones, Tablets), where they can then be updated and entered back into Proteus. Employees can also enter new, unscheduled work orders while in the field.
