  7. Franchise Conditions Primary Conditions:  Shop situated in the best shopping center or the best commercial street not less than 100 square meters. (ideal: 150 sqm)  Store Location should be approved by Avva.  Dealer’s Agreement should be signed.  Experience in retail and ready to wear business. Responsibilities of the Franchisee:  Exclusive AVVA concept should be %100 applied to the shop.  Only AVVA products can be sold inside the concept shop.  Retail prices are set by AVVA  All shipments are FOB Responsibilities of AVVA :  Supply of trendy and fashionable merchandise with the best quality  Development and presentation of the layout project for the shop.  Supply of the POP materials  Assistance by advertorial organisations.  Marketing Department gives full support for promotional activities in different channels

Franchising Supports Based on AVVA’s global expansion and investment plan and budget, we can offer you a commercial package as; • Design Project Support • Assistance for Execution of the design project (for first store only) • Visual Merchandising Support • Visual and Retail Training (2 times /year) • Dedicated Customer Service Support • Product & Order Management Support • Replenishment and Allocation support.  AVVA provides its customers with in-house design & construction consultation, initial layout drawings (furniture, lighting included) Full support for Visual Merchandising for store openings, 2 visits per season, season opening and sales period. Bi-weekly VM guideline support through email, Skype and etc.  Mark ups are different due to market conditions of each specific country  Prices are based FOB Istanbul, USD  Payment Terms, 30 advance payment 15 days after initial order confirmed. Remaining %70 transfer upon invoicing.  Invoicing Currency is USD, all payment currencies are accepted Defected items Defected items are welcome only if weekly feedbacks are sent with pictures. It is evaluated by our team weekly. End of season all approved defected items will be credited as discount for next season order.
