 Further, this corporation is a 100% volunteer organized

exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, including the making of distributions to

• rganizations that qualify as exempt organizations under

Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

 Our goal is to educate youth on the principals of flight

through the sport of soaring.
